Strong ability to negotiate and close deals that deliver value to clients and the business
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in education or payments
History of exceeding sales targets and quotas in enterprise software or SaaS
Disciplined and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and manage remote workflows
Willing to travel extensively across Australia, New Zealand, and other APAC markets
Consultative sales style with a blend of technology sales expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills

Leverage partner relationships, referrals, and prospecting to expand TouchNet’s presence in the AU/NZ higher education market
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve annual quotas and goals
Manage the process from prospecting and discovery workshops to solution design, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing deals
Deliver a consultative sales experience by addressing customer needs and providing strategic solutions
Work with internal teams to support marketing, product enhancements, and customer success
Represent TouchNet at industry events and company meetings globally
Share insights on trends and challenges to ensure TouchNet remains competitive in the region
