Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales VPs to identify high growth opportunities in the region, build strategies and execution plans for high growth market segments
  • Lead the regional sales team to win key accounts and opportunities, over-achieving revenue targets
  • Lead territory and industry strategy to deliver customer value and partner with customers to define and meet business goals
  • Lead all critical phases of the sales opportunity management cycle (Lead Generation, Requirement Discovery, Strategy and Planning, Opportunity progression, Negotiation and Closure)
  • Lead full cycle of account management in the assigned territory to achieve sustainable short–mid–long term revenue growth
  • Act as trusted advisor and thought leader in developing territory, accounts, and deal strategy; lead regional sales team in executing sales cycles for strategic, complex, or highly competitive opportunities
  • Inspire and influence internal stakeholders, experts, and resources not under direct control; remove obstacles to achieve business outcomes
  • Facilitate alignment and effective UiPath communication with internal and external stakeholders; promptly resolve challenges
  • Cultivate best practices through analysis and reporting for continuous improvement
  • Build complex deal constructs for various YOY license consumption options, analyze pros and cons; directly engage with business decision makers to lead complex deal negotiations using value levers
  • Deliver high impact challenger presentations to CXOs unlocking business value with UiPath offerings; role model value creation for field teams
  • Drive repeatable assets/IP into the organization to scale large deal expertise (e.g., thought leadership on value selling, negotiation strategies, synthesizing customer experiences)
  • Lead customer/internal facing activities to drive business requirements from company strategy through demand validation and quantification
