Responsibilities

Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and creative approaches
Respond to incoming requests
Develop relationships with prospects to understand their needs through effective questioning, aiming to qualify their interest and deal viability, and prepare for transfer to the Sales team
Organize discovery meetings between Account Executives and potential clients that turn into qualified opportunities
Work effectively with prospect lists, consistently update activity and related information in the CRM, and assist with weekly reports
Meticulously manage the sales pipeline, staying informed of the evolution of relationships with prospects and maintaining communication cadence
Provide feedback and propose ideas to Marketing and Revenue Ops teams to help improve targeting and messaging
Contribute to the improvement of demand generation and sales processes
