Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in sales compensation analysis, with a strong preference for experience in a SaaS or technology company. Strong analytical skills, including experience with compensation modeling and statistical analysis, are essential, as is the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with sales performance management systems and compensation planning software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end management of global sales compensation programs, including design, rollout, and administration. They will partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and HR teams to align compensation structures with business strategy and financial objectives, ensuring sales teams understand and trust their compensation plans through effective communication and education efforts. The role also requires engaging and influencing senior leaders to align compensation strategies with broader company goals, identifying and driving improvements in sales compensation administration, and ensuring that solutions are both analytically sound and operationally practical.
