Requirements

Candidates must have a strong understanding of Salesforce administration and the Salesforce meta-data API. They should possess strong development skills, be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. The role requires the ability to manage large projects independently, adapt to new technology, and communicate effectively. Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and integrated systems is necessary, along with the ability to configure out-of-the-box solutions declaratively. Responsibilities

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the development, coding, testing, and implementation of applications within the Salesforce environment. This includes designing and coding dynamic and scalable applications, driving projects, and gathering requirements. The role involves owning all technical aspects of the Salesforce environment, including integrations, data migration, and custom code. Responsibilities also include working with Change Management on release processes, translating functional requirements into technical ones, identifying and resolving bugs, and serving as an escalation point for complex issues. The developer will oversee project deliverables, stay current on Salesforce best practices, and provide governance on configuration projects.
