Geotab is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Data Analyst who will drive revenue growth by transforming complex data into actionable insights that optimize performance across the entire go-to-market engine. What You'll Do

As a Senior Revenue Operations Data Analyst your key area of responsibility will be serving as a key business partner to sales, marketing, and customer support teams by:

  • Building and maintaining robust data products and pipelines
  • Conducting advanced analyses using SQL and statistical tools to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Meeting with stakeholders to understand business needs, defining data solutions, and leading projects from conception to completion
  • Working closely with engineering, data science, and technical teams, to ensure data quality and contribute to the development of customer-facing analytics powered by Geotab’s big data environment

To be successful in this role you will have experience working with big data and an understanding of techniques used to extract value out of very large datasets. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong critical thinking abilities, with experience leveraging data to make well-informed recommendations and decisions with minimal guidance.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Proactively engage with sales, marketing, and customer support stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and present insightful reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for sales and marketing leadership.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer support teams to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure data integrity and promote best practices.
  • Analyze sales pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales performance to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to measure campaign ROI and effectiveness, and work with sales to optimize territory and quota setting.
