Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Strategy, or Management Consulting, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to structure ambiguous problems. Proficiency in Salesforce and SaaS go-to-market strategies is required, along with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Advanced GSheets/Excel and SQL skills are necessary for developing reporting architectures and automation pipelines.

Responsibilities

This role involves leading initiatives for net new bookings and revenue attribution models, supporting the design and optimization of commission structures, and providing data-driven insights through market and performance analyses. The Senior Analyst will also assist in the annual planning process, create and maintain Salesforce dashboards for pipeline health and sales performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on key performance indicators. Additionally, responsibilities include ensuring alignment with Finance, Legal, Growth, and BI teams, implementing process improvements across RevOps systems, and owning the quality assurance process for account setups.
