5+ years of experience in regional growth marketing, including planning and executing events such as local user groups, tradeshows, forums, speaking engagements, and executive experiences
Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate with global teams
Excellent project management and organizational skills, handling multiple events simultaneously
Proficiency in managing event budgets, sponsorships, and cost optimization strategies
Demonstrable experience developing data-driven event strategies with clear measurement goals and metrics that align with business objectives
Highly analytical, data-driven approach

Responsibilities

Planning, coordinating, and executing local industry conferences, regional user groups, and supporting demand generation activities at Tier 1 corporate events
Building and executing a regional marketing plan aligned with overall business GTM goals
Collaborating cross-functionally with campaign owners to ensure consistent messaging across all activities and communications
Demonstrating an analytical, data-driven, and creative approach to brand awareness and pipeline driven activities, analyzing event performance, and providing event success reports
Partnering closely with regional sales and partner teams to support market expansion and goals
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop event promotion strategies, including email campaigns, social media, and lead follow up engagements post-event lead
Developing and managing event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution
