Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive sales and/or sales management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Willing to travel by car or plane as needed up to 50%
  • Deep CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and management to Aledade’s regional network development (sales) team of 8-10 professionals covering half the country, including Directors across all segments (National Large/Enterprise, CHC, Regional Small/Medium)
  • Drive regional, annual growth in new physician practice partnerships and execute sales strategies to meet aggressive growth targets
  • Work closely with company leaders to drive strategic direction and resource allocation
  • Champion sales enablement, sales operations, and core operations functions for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Hire, coach, develop, and mentor sales professionals
  • Collaborate with growth team on lead management, sales process discipline, sales messaging, pipeline management, performance management, and adoption of systems like Salesforce CRM, Revenue.io, and Conga CLM
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Performance, Business Development, and other teams to develop and implement actionable sales plans
  • Evaluate performance, manage KPIs, and assess sales performance using Salesforce CRM and other tools to meet and exceed goals
  • Contribute to strong team morale by cultivating connections across a distributed, virtual team
  • Inform and drive towards network development targets supporting Aledade’s long-term mission and business goals
  • Utilize systems, structures, and processes to drive consistent and predictable sales outcomes
