This Senior Recruiter - Sales role will involve managing between 15-18 positions across EMEA regions, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide exceptional recruiting support and advice, developing creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, owning and managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer, maintaining data accuracy in the recruitment ATS (Greenhouse), tracking and analyzing recruiting data, conducting skills training for managers, and communicating effectively with HR and Finance teams to achieve combined objectives.
