Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting. Familiarity with recruitment technologies like ATS and social media tools, knowledge of common HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition, and fluency in both English and Greek are required. The role also necessitates being based in Greece or Hungary, Budapest.
The Senior Recruiter will lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications, using market data and recommendations. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates against requirements, and build talent pipelines. Responsibilities include keeping candidates engaged with timely updates, partnering with hiring leaders on offer details, and mentoring other recruiters and team members. The role also involves acting as a brand ambassador for the client and providing consultative direction as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition.
