The Senior Recruiter must be fluent in German and Dutch and possess experience recruiting within the Biotechnology/Life Sciences field. The role requires a strong ability to source candidates using sophisticated Boolean search language, social media, and deep web techniques, as well as the ability to generate targeted lists of passive candidates and solicit referrals. Candidates should also be adept at utilizing proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning and possess excellent communication and consultative skills.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for clients, and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. This includes conducting detailed job scope conversations, reviewing applicants, building recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing candidates through various channels, and preparing candidates for interviews. They must also provide timely updates to candidates, maintain a pulse on candidate interest levels, conduct professional phone interviews, and compare candidate qualifications against job specifications to ensure a successful match.
