The Senior Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador and delivering top talent to hiring managers. They will conduct detailed job scope conversations, review applicants, build recruitment marketing campaigns, and source candidates through various channels including resume databases, networking sites, social media, and the deep web. Responsibilities include generating targeted lists of passive candidates, soliciting referrals, utilizing mobile and email campaigning, and connecting with talent communities. The role involves providing tailored value propositions, preparing candidates for interviews, ensuring timely updates, maintaining candidate interest, conducting professional phone interviews, navigating difficult conversations, comparing candidate qualifications against specifications, considering team and cultural fit, and issuing and evaluating skills tests as needed.
