Candidates should possess recruitment experience, particularly with Distribution and Maintenance technicians roles, which is preferred. Strong sourcing skills utilizing resume databases, networking sites, Boolean search language, social media channels, and deep web techniques are required. Additionally, experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing campaigns is necessary.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for their client and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They will focus on delivering top talent, providing proactive and timely communication, and staying abreast of industry and market trends. The Senior Recruiter will also complete detailed job scope conversations, review applicants, build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns, source candidates, solicit referrals, utilize proprietary software, provide value propositions to candidates, prepare them for interviews, ensure timely updates, conduct phone interviews, and navigate difficult conversations.
