The Senior Recruiter should possess experience in the pharmaceutical sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry’s talent landscape. They require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing campaigns is also expected, along with proficiency in Boolean search language and sourcing techniques.
The Senior Recruiter will conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders, review applicants in the applicant tracking system, build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns, source candidates through various channels including resume databases and social media, generate targeted candidate lists, solicit referrals, utilize proprietary software for talent community engagement, provide tailored value propositions to candidates, prepare candidates for interviews, provide timely updates to candidates, conduct phone interviews with probing questions, and navigate difficult conversations to gather information.
