The role requires a Senior Recruiter who can act as a brand ambassador and partner with hiring managers in a consultative capacity, delivering top talent while providing proactive and timely communication. They should also mentor other team members and demonstrate innovation in search techniques.
The Senior Recruiter will manage the recruitment cycle, conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders, and review applicants in the applicant tracking system. They will build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns, source candidates using advanced techniques on resume databases, networking sites, social media, and the deep web, and generate targeted lists of passive candidates. Responsibilities also include soliciting referrals, utilizing proprietary software for talent community engagement, connecting with talent through various media, providing tailored value propositions to candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, ensuring timely updates on application status, maintaining a pulse on candidate interest levels, conducting professional phone interviews with probing questions, navigating difficult conversations, comparing candidate qualifications with requisition specifications, considering candidate fit for team and culture, and issuing and evaluating skills testing as needed.
