Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing or development, along with a good understanding of testing, coding, and debugging procedures. Experience in programming using Python/C#/Java or other languages is preferred, as is experience in design and development of automated tests utilizing automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, and exposure to testing across application layers (UI/Service/Data layers/Mobile).

Responsibilities

The Senior Quality Engineer will develop automation scripts adhering to organizational standards, build reliable and reusable automated regression suites and test harnesses, leverage tools and frameworks to create quality code for simplified testing scenarios, design and execute test plans and test cases based on specifications, participate in functional and system testing activities, contribute to identifying and implementing quality assurance metrics architecture within Scrum Teams, support and implement frequent prioritization and quality releases, independently implement in-sprint test automation and performance, have detailed knowledge of application functionality and dependencies, solve routine problems using standard procedures, work independently and collaboratively, build internal and external relationships, achieve personal and team objectives, and advise on quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle process.
