Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have at least two years of experience in quality assurance testing. Strong diagnostic skills and a technical background are required, along with experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and writing SQL queries. Familiarity with administrative software for higher education and experience with automated testing tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Engineer II will review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback, develop testing plans and scenarios, estimate and coordinate testing activities, design and execute test cases and/or automation scripts, identify and document bugs, perform regression and exploratory testing, monitor bug backlogs, and verify fixes to ensure successful releases.
