Strong experience with test automation frameworks and methodologies is required, as is a solid understanding of software development lifecycles. Experience with API testing and performance testing is highly desirable.
The Senior Quality Engineer will define and execute comprehensive test strategies for technology products, including unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing. They will act as the embedded quality owner for product teams, fostering a quality-first mindset and promoting test automation. The role involves authoring and maintaining automated tests, performing manual testing, developing API test suites, and collaborating with software engineers to improve testability. Additionally, the Senior Quality Engineer will coach and mentor engineers in testing practices, execute end-to-end testing initiatives, and implement quality metrics to measure resilience and improve delivery velocity.
