Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience with software or application QA testing or similar experience in a software development environment
Experience with Salesforce (must)
Strong knowledge of core concepts and principles of Agile Development and Delivery models (SCRUM, KANBAN)
Previous QA experience (at least one complete project life cycle): end-to-end QA processes, documentation process, understanding of test methodologies, Unit Test Framework
Passion for software testing and ability to create innovative test cases
Ability to learn quickly and adapt rapidly to the latest technologies and best practices
Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Team player with strong sense of responsibility
Result-driven and a problem solver with a "can-do" attitude
Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative
Good written and verbal communication skills to describe findings
Ability to discuss system issues
Familiarity with development and configuration tools (Git, Jira, Jenkins, etc.)
Additional skills: Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely (written and verbal, e.g., PowerPoint); Analytical and critical thinking skills; Working experience with leading Ecommerce and Integration platforms (e.g., Project Collaboration Tools like JIRA, TRELLO, Slack; Testing Tools like Browserstack; Automatic Testing Suites like AccelQ; WordPress; Oracle Fusion Middleware; Integration Frameworks like SOAP, REST, JSON; XML/XML Schema and Data Modeling; SharePoint as an asset; Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/Javascript)

Responsibilities

Define test strategy, test approach, and test environment requirements
Design and prepare test data
Create test plans, innovative test cases, release notes, test logs, etc., based on requirements and test execution
Execute test cases and log/report defects, raise issues or concerns to the team
Write automated test scripts based on test-case specifications
Maintain QA documents up-to-date across Sprints
Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features
Suggest ways and implement them to improve Agile testing practices
