Role Overview

As a Protocol Specialist, you will identify emerging trends before they become obvious and help bring them to fruition. You will delve into new networks, uncover opportunities, coordinate with leading crypto-forward institutions and sophisticated clients, and collaborate with protocol leadership and our technical team to support new ventures rapidly and early.

Our projects are characterized by novelty and are supported by our technical ability to operate at a unique scale and pace. This role offers a front-row seat to the future of cryptocurrency. If you have experience dissecting bridges, examining validator code, or extracting insights from specification documents, this is your opportunity to scale that curiosity into impact.

• Support Clients: Work directly with institutions and sophisticated clients engaging with new networks to reduce pain points, identify risks, and foster smooth, scalable experiences.
• Ship With Engineers: Partner with Unit 410’s engineering teams to build and deploy infrastructure supporting participation in emerging protocols.
• Discover New Opportunities: Proactively identify novel ways to support clients, add value, and drive impact across supported protocols, backed by researched insights.
• Engage Communities: Immerse yourself in new networks and their communities, understand their goals, build trust, and strive for long-term success.
