Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, or Communications, along with at least 10 years of experience in marketing and/or proposal development within the A/E/C industry, and proficiency with Adobe InDesign and a CRM database. Strong messaging and content development skills, the ability to lead teams, and experience in differentiating firms from competitors are also required.
Responsibilities
The Senior Proposal Specialist will lead teams in the development of persuasive proposals and presentations, manage proposal content and publish proposals using InDesign, collaborate with a Graphic Designer, utilize and maintain an Unanet marketing database, supervise and mentor marketing team members, and maintain a safe working environment. They will also contribute to a supportive culture by encouraging interaction among staff and helping shape the firm's future through strategic planning.
