Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate a commitment to developing stakeholder engagement processes that foster collaborative communications amongst impacted communities, markets, manufacturers, and contractors. Strong relationship- and coalition-building experience and experience engaging with state and/or federal level policy are key qualifications for this role, along with experience engaging with community-based organizations.
As a Senior Project Manager, Equitable Stakeholder Engagement, you will develop and implement equity-focused stakeholder engagement strategies for building codes, equipment efficiency standards, and other clean energy policies, integrate equity frameworks and best practices into existing programs and Energy Solutions’ public engagement processes, and coordinate with external partners to reach underserved communities while bringing an equity lens to all policy recommendations and regulatory proceedings.
