Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no employment visa sponsorship)
- Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Management Role
- PMP certification
- Lean Six Sigma or Greenbelt Certification
- 3+ years of process improvement experience
- Experience with Change Management processes and ADKAR methodology
- Previous experience managing technology projects such as SaaS or IaaS
- Similar industry experience such as technical knowledge in industrial controls, new product design, hardware/software, product testing, manufacturing, continuation and product life cycle engineering
Responsibilities
- Schedule and planning across multiple teams
- Coordinate internal and external development and test resources and work with resource managers and other project managers to ensure proper staffing, project agreement and integration
- Coordinate and manage multiple development projects through all phases of the development lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, release and closing
- Manage partner communications, project requirements, work breakdown, development engineering, testing and release
- Help develop business and marketing strategies optimizing the performance of products
- Lead project responsibility for defining project priorities, delivery of project expectations, and identifying and mitigating issues and risks
