Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no employment visa sponsorship)
  • Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Management Role
  • PMP certification
  • Lean Six Sigma or Greenbelt Certification
  • 3+ years of process improvement experience
  • Experience with Change Management processes and ADKAR methodology
  • Previous experience managing technology projects such as SaaS or IaaS
  • Similar industry experience such as technical knowledge in industrial controls, new product design, hardware/software, product testing, manufacturing, continuation and product life cycle engineering

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and planning across multiple teams
  • Coordinate internal and external development and test resources and work with resource managers and other project managers to ensure proper staffing, project agreement and integration
  • Coordinate and manage multiple development projects through all phases of the development lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, release and closing
  • Manage partner communications, project requirements, work breakdown, development engineering, testing and release
  • Help develop business and marketing strategies optimizing the performance of products
  • Lead project responsibility for defining project priorities, delivery of project expectations, and identifying and mitigating issues and risks
