Requirements

  • Background in Engineering
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in technical roles and Engineering Management (from EPC companies preferred)
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage project schedules and budgets, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Experience with complex projects and exposure to customers
  • Good knowledge of rotating equipment and plant solutions
  • Great oral and written English communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams

Responsibilities

  • Leading all the engineering functions/teams involved in the design effort, acting as technical point of contact for the customer and technical leader for the project
  • Engineering partners coordination for any technical aspect of the project, including machinery team and construction partner
  • Coordinating between global engineering teams and manufacturing/partners sites to technically support a flawless execution of all the activities needed
  • Coordinating with functional managers in setting realistic and stretching operational goals within the project, contributing to their accomplishment
  • Identifying and mitigating technical risks
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications
  • Participating in proposal development and bid preparation for new projects
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance and reduce costs
