Requirements

Background in Engineering
Extensive experience (5+ years) in technical roles and Engineering Management (from EPC companies preferred)
Project management skills, including the ability to manage project schedules and budgets, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders
Experience with complex projects and exposure to customers
Good knowledge of rotating equipment and plant solutions
Great oral and written English communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams

Responsibilities

Leading all the engineering functions/teams involved in the design effort, acting as technical point of contact for the customer and technical leader for the project
Engineering partners coordination for any technical aspect of the project, including machinery team and construction partner
Coordinating between global engineering teams and manufacturing/partners sites to technically support a flawless execution of all the activities needed
Coordinating with functional managers in setting realistic and stretching operational goals within the project, contributing to their accomplishment
Identifying and mitigating technical risks
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications
Participating in proposal development and bid preparation for new projects
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance and reduce costs
