Responsibilities

  • Define Deliveroo’s partner-related policies, partner-facing and internal commercial processes, ensuring implementation across functions
  • Lead thinking on ensuring partner-facing policies and processes deliver positive partner experience at the lowest cost-to-serve
  • Define end-to-end processes and work with functions to ensure steps are followed
  • Partner with Product to identify automation opportunities
  • Lead go-to-market with internal and external stakeholders for changes and improvements
  • Define end-to-end processes for commercial-related processes
  • Map and document every process for clarity on responsibilities, sub-tasks, and hand-offs between functions/roles
  • Define success metrics to monitor positive partner experience and efficient delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date partner-facing documentation and communication on processes and sign-up policies
  • Monitor performance of success metrics for partner-facing and internal processes to ensure compliance
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on deep-dive analysis
  • Develop process improvement roadmaps for each process or functional area, supported by business cases demonstrating ROI
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce cost-to-serve and/or enhance partner experience
  • Support Product teams with requirements definition, financial business cases, and engagement with frontline teams/partners
  • Lead UAT, utilizing frontline commercial personnel
  • Facilitate frontline user/partner feedback on product enhancements post-launch
  • Project manage each partner-facing policy or process change per go-to-market playbook
  • Collaborate with GTM Content team for partner and frontline communications
  • Collaborate with Commercial Incentives, Learning & Development team for frontline training
  • Lead change management with frontline commercial teams, supported by Training Managers and line managers
  • Review post-launch performance and act on course corrections or improvements timely
