Requirements

  • Technical degree in a professional services’ related field
  • 15+ years of technology/service delivery experience with a proven track record in program managing and delivering digital transformation programs involving enterprise-based applications built using leading COTS platforms like IBM, SFDC, SAP, Microsoft, etc
  • Experience of delivering digital transformation programs using Adobe solutions (Adobe Experience Cloud products) is a plus
  • Experience in Agile Scrum based delivery of engagements
  • Working experience in a professional services/consulting environment of an enterprise software company or consultancy
  • Knowledge of online or offline direct marketing functions is an asset
  • High attention to detail, thoroughness, and innovative thinker
  • Well-developed inter-personal & communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Able to motivate other project team members, even under high pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end program management including project planning, day-to-day delivery management, resource management, risk and issue management, and obtaining client acceptance and approval for deliverables
  • Clearly understand and document customer requirements and integration points
  • Deliver project scope successfully with high quality, within approved timelines and budget
  • Support project estimation process with key contributors to define scope and prepare statements of work, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs
  • Manage all day-to-day administrative activities of a project from inception to closure, such as reviewing timesheets and analyzing plan versus actual figures
  • Ensure accurate submission of forecasts, resource utilization, and achievement of planned project profitability
  • Comply with organization requirements on quality, metrics submission, automation in project delivery, etc
  • Stakeholder management, including regular communication with customers (weekly and monthly reports) and internal teams, and managing customer expectations, even in critical situations or escalations
  • Identify relevant delivery best practices and incorporate them into projects
  • Achieve customer satisfaction through successful deployments of new solutions
  • Participate and lead initiatives beyond project delivery
  • Compile customer requests and deployment issues to provide feedback into core products
  • Work with third-party subcontractors and technology partners as required
  • Act as the central point of contact throughout the project life, capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem, and feed lessons learned, best practices, and resources back into the consulting practice
  • Manage weekly resource planning and financial forecast updates
  • Proactively research customer needs and recommend new solutions based on Adobe’s Digital Marketing platform
  • Support sales activities, e.g., identifying new leads and opportunities, deal/solution reviews, preparing proposals
