This is a highly visible role responsible for ensuring the resiliency and capacity of Humana’s IT systems during peak business seasons. The ideal candidate will collaborate across business and technical teams to drive data-informed decisions, develop executive-level reporting, and ensure seamless performance of critical systems during high-demand periods.
The Senior Product Owner plays a critical role in Humana’s IT AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) Readiness program, a high-visibility initiative focused on ensuring the resiliency and capacity of key systems during peak business seasons. This role maximizes the value delivered by Agile teams by defining and prioritizing work that aligns with business goals and technical readiness.
