Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Product Management will define and own product strategy for critical growth and platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term vision. This role involves leading product efforts related to HIE and state agency partnerships, as well as platform integration and migration. Responsibilities include coaching and developing product management talent, fostering team engagement and performance, and driving product outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and other key stakeholders. The individual will also be responsible for influencing market perception and ensuring product value propositions are clearly communicated.
