Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to develop and implement portfolio management systems. Experience with OKR frameworks and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
As a Senior Product Operations Manager at Wellth, you will develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio management system to enhance visibility across projects and programs, facilitating effective resource allocation, risk management, and data-driven decision-making. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to manage product portfolio priorities, dependencies, and risks, fostering collaboration and alignment with company goals. You will contribute to strategic planning sessions, supporting long-term product roadmaps and efficient resource management, while also promoting transparency and consistency in portfolio prioritization. Furthermore, you will assist in driving process improvement and automation initiatives, enabling stakeholder success through proactive risk management and problem-solving, and championing innovation within the operational framework.
Improves patient adherence to treatment plans
