Requirements

Candidates should possess 2+ years of relevant work experience in product marketing or solutions marketing, along with experience marketing and selling to a technical audience, a passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies, and a proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish. Strong product and technical curiosity, exceptional writing and communication skills, and a high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, the individual will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy, partnering with engineering and marketing colleagues to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt Grafana Labs’ cloud products, owning and managing the launch of new products/features, conducting internal and customer research, and enabling go-to-market and sales teams to address customer requirements through training and enablement, clearly defining product capabilities and value, and engaging with customers, partners, and prospects effectively.
