The Developer Platform team at Pearl Health is dedicated to building tools, patterns, and best practices that ensure the success of our Engineers and the Pearl Application for our customers. This team enables the effective use of infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, security, and other workflows for engineers at Pearl, helping them build and deliver software more efficiently and securely.
We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead this critical team, maintaining hands-on technical involvement. This role demands a blend of technical depth in platform engineering, people leadership, and strategic thinking. You will manage a team of platform engineers (including Staff Engineers, Senior Engineers, and contractors) while actively contributing to infrastructure code and architecture decisions. You will also drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance engineering productivity across Pearl.
