Requirements

Candidates must possess 7-10+ years of professional experience, with at least 6 years in product marketing within a health tech company serving B2B audiences. Experience marketing enterprise healthcare software to revenue cycle leaders, including areas like ICD-10/HCC code capture, prior authorization, and risk adjustment, is highly desirable. Experience marketing AI products, a track record of crisp positioning and messaging, and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, relatable writing are also required. Proven success in fast-paced environments, with strong prioritization and project management skills across tight deadlines, is essential. Candidates must be within commutable distance of or open to relocation to San Francisco or New York City.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Marketer will lead go-to-market campaigns and equip commercial teams for pipeline conversion and account expansion. They will develop messaging and audience insights to drive awareness, activation, and adoption of Abridge's core products. Responsibilities include creating market-making moments, running campaigns with Growth, Sales, and Partner Success teams, and crafting compelling product narratives and differentiated positioning. The role involves building personas for key segments within RCM, leading product launches, producing assets for sales enablement and lifecycle campaigns, and managing the monthly release cycle for upcoming RCM features.
