Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management
  • 5+ years of experience with data analytics, databases, or distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of the AI data platform landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
  • Demonstrable “AI-native” product management experience: proven track record of shipping successful AI-enabled features and using GenAI tools to accelerate product development
  • High-judgment product design skills: strong point of view on great user experience and ability to guide the team toward it
  • "Shipping" obsession with bias for action: make fast, high-quality decisions and collaborate across teams to solve problems quickly
  • High ownership and resilience, low ego: own outcomes, seek critical feedback, galvanize team, disagree and commit
  • Expert ability to lead through ambiguity and debate: challenge assumptions, make the muddy clear

Responsibilities

  • Be the single-threaded owner for the end-to-end product lifecycle: define vision, strategy, roadmap, and ensure rapid, on-time, meticulous execution across dependencies
  • Define and execute the roadmap for new workload optimization experiences, including agentic GenAI-powered tools
  • Own the "ease-of-optimization" experience, partnering closely with design and engineering for elegant, easy-to-use solutions
  • Conduct continuous customer and competitive research to identify, validate, and prioritize impactful opportunities
  • Lead effectively across functions and orgs: build trust with engineering/design, unblock dependencies, rally through setbacks, ensure successful launch
  • Communicate strategy and status concisely to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Be the external face of workload optimization: engage with customers, partners, and community (e.g., Snowflake Summit)
