Responsibilities

Develop strategic and operational plans, including customer-facing plans (sales, access), key performance indicators, forecasts, and performance optimization processes
Lead projects and programs with input from internal cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., Sales, Agencies, PAAB)
Develop and nurture effective working relationships with Global and Regional counterparts to ensure alignment with global strategies and plans
Possibility to lead a Product Manager within the team
Conduct market opportunity analyses, develop strategies and visions, prepare budgets, and implement tactical plans as part of the annual brand business review process
Provide ongoing analysis of market forces impacting business opportunities and threats, and develop scenarios and action plans to address challenges
Build direct customer relationships to enhance understanding of the patient journey and create meaningful, patient-focused value offerings
Collaborate with training partners and sales leadership to focus on analytics, skillset development, challenging conversations, and objective-setting
Work cross-functionally to understand and develop robust financial forecasts and ensure effective resource allocation
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the HIV therapeutic environment to make informed decisions that positively impact the overall business
