As a Senior Product Manager at Cars Commerce & Dealer Inspire, you will be instrumental in solving challenges, driving innovation, and delivering value for critical business products. You will also mentor other Product Managers, working collaboratively with designers, engineers, researchers, and analysts to create and execute a best-in-class product roadmap. This includes defining, validating, and prioritizing epics and initiatives, supporting product goals and strategy, and championing core product development principles across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the roadmap for your product(s).
  • Act as a hands-on coach, mentor, and role model for more junior Product Managers, while building best-in-class products for our customers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of shopper and seller problems, ensuring clear definition and prioritization of issues.
  • Make informed tradeoffs between scope, cost, schedule, and business benefits to ensure tech resources are focused on the highest impact work.
  • Consistently deliver high-value, impactful work on schedule.
  • Drive tangible customer and business value that is regularly and predictably demonstrated both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to improve processes and ensure team alignment towards goals.
  • Contribute to team-level KPIs/OKRs, define product KPIs/OKRs, and monitor/manage product performance.
