Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and have at least 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously across an entire product area is required, along with a proven track record of delivering successful products with measurable business impact. Experience with user research, usability testing, and UI/UX design principles is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead complex product initiatives across their area, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and business objectives into compelling product features and experiences. They will develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, define success metrics and build data-driven feedback loops, and identify opportunities for product improvements through customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. Furthermore, they will partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery and adoption, and influence stakeholders across the organization by communicating product vision and outcomes.
