Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft-based IAM solutions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 is essential, as is experience with identity governance and administration. Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices is also required.

Responsibilities

The IAM Architect will engage in requirements gathering and analysis, leading the design and implementation of new Microsoft-based IAM solutions. They will be responsible for capacity planning, architectural design, and hardware requirements definition, while also participating in availability and continuity discussions. The role involves assisting in communicating Microsoft program strategy, performing technology assessments, and providing knowledge transfer, training, and support. Additionally, the Architect will install, integrate, configure, and deploy Microsoft solutions, develop and perform testing, maintain environments following coding best practices, and troubleshoot and maintain existing solutions, staying current on market trends and performing other duties as assigned.
