Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, with a Master's degree being preferred. Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, Technical Lead, or Program Manager with a strong focus on AI and data analytics is essential, along with demonstrated success in establishing and scaling advanced AI and data analytics frameworks across an enterprise. The role requires the ability to manage scope, prioritize initiatives in dynamic environments, influence stakeholders, and push back on requests to maintain focus on objectives. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to pivot strategies while maintaining a clear path to value delivery, and have extensive experience coordinating and managing multiple complex AI and data analytics programs and projects. A solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, predictive modeling, and data enrichment techniques is also necessary.
The Senior Product Manager will drive the scaling of a standardized advanced AI and data analytics framework across the enterprise and product portfolio to create customer-facing value. This includes overseeing multiple high-impact programs focused on deploying advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions, defining and maintaining a clear product roadmap, and setting clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) linked to revenue metrics. Responsibilities also include managing relationships with third-party vendors, partnering with Legal and Data Governance Compliance to ensure vendor contracts align with company policies, and coordinating product requirements for new AI and data analytic use cases. The role involves serving as a gatekeeper for new AI and data analytics use cases, evaluating feasibility and strategic alignment, and engaging with customers to gather insights and define feature sets. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will ensure the timely delivery of solutions, achieve cross-functional alignment with various departments for Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, and develop status updates, conduct risk analysis, and elevate critical issues in partnership with the General Manager.
