Position Overview

What You’ll Do

The Senior Director of IAM will be responsible for the global identity and access management architecture, systems, and related services. This role leads the IAM division, managing a team that supports platform identity and access for enterprise services such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, SaaS, Network, and private/public cloud environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Global IAM Architecture: Overseeing the global identity and access management architecture, systems, and related services.
  • Team Leadership: Managing a team that supports platform identity and access for enterprise services across various platforms.
  • Process Improvement: Establishing and refining processes, techniques, tools, and methods used by the IAM team to provide exceptional support and services.
  • Customer Focus: Ensuring services are delivered in a customer-focused approach, prioritizing security, efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Managing key relationships to ensure services align with business requirements.
    • Developing strong relationships with business colleagues to understand and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
    • Using diplomacy and relationships to advance the risk management program.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensuring compliance with information security standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Communicating and implementing industry best practices for zero-trust-based solutions.
  • Performance Measurement: Effectively measuring user satisfaction with IAM services and continuously working to improve it.
  • Strategy and Talent Development:
    • Establishing organizational strategy.
    • Recruiting, developing, and building top technical talent with the necessary soft skills for world-class customer service.
  • Project Management:
    • Presenting projects for management approval.
    • Approving overall solutions, designs, and cost estimates for projects.
    • Monitoring project status to ensure adherence to cost, quality, and schedule.
  • Service Level Management: Setting specific service level expectations and measuring performance against them.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts.
