Position Overview
Affirm is revolutionizing credit with a focus on honesty and user-friendliness, enabling consumers to "buy now, pay later" without hidden fees or compounding interest. The OpenLoop BNPL team is central to Affirm's operations, managing the intricate routing logic that facilitates transparent financing at scale. As our catalog of card products and integrations grows rapidly, we invite you to join us in building the next frontier of honest financing.

- Proactively identify and solve issues: Identify project, process, technology, or business issues, advocate for them, and lead their resolution.
- Ensure operational excellence: Support the operations and availability of your team’s artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating as needed, and supporting "keep the lights on" and on-call efforts.
- Foster a culture of quality and ownership: Set and improve code review and design standards for your team, and advocate for them beyond your team through writing and tech talks.
- Develop talent: Help develop talent on your team by providing feedback and guidance, and leading by example.
