Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of product requirements and help prioritize the roadmap for assigned product areas within the CMA vertical, influencing across multiple teams without direct authority and effectively collaborating with stakeholders including executives, business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams
  • Shape and communicate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas that are aligned with deep understanding of business goals, market trends, customer needs, and organizational strategic objectives, including enhancements and optimizations, that drive revenue growth, maintain high renewal rates, and increase customer and user engagement
  • Work with business stakeholders, Energy Products leaders, and research teams to gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative insights—including user feedback, customer behavior, product performance, and competitor trends—across assigned product areas
  • Perform in-depth analysis to demonstrate ROI and impact of new assigned product area launches, measuring against Energy Products goals
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations team members throughout the product life cycle, exhibiting strong technical acumen and understanding feasibility to make smart product choices aligned with technology impact
  • Define and measure KPIs for success of assigned products, ensuring accountability and aligning with business objectives
  • Establish and monitor product telemetry data including performance and health, gather business feedback, and iterate on product improvements to enhance user experience and drive adoption
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within Energy Products team and across the organization
  • Champion adaptability within the Energy Products team, leading by example in embracing changes in the organization, energy landscape, customer needs, and market trends
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and guide strategy, vision, and planning activities
