Business Product Owner
RxSenseFull Time
Mid-level (3 to 4 years), Senior (5 to 8 years)
Candidates should have at least one year of product management experience, owning an early-stage product from ideation through launch and iteration. They must be comfortable with ambiguity, fast learning cycles, and ruthless prioritization. Strong strategic communication skills are needed to connect product work to business outcomes and influence cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, insights-driven, and has a bias for speed without compromising quality. Startup experience, balancing scrappy execution with structured scaling, is preferred. Familiarity with the health-tech or diagnostics space, particularly lab results or clinical workflows, is a bonus.
The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the interpretations product, deeply understanding practitioner workflows and pain points through customer conversations. They will identify and ship strategic pilots to expand the interpretations ecosystem and shape a compelling product narrative for internal stakeholders. The role involves partnering closely with design, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to ship, learn, and iterate rapidly, and collaborating with broader teams to build connective tissue between Interpretations, Treatment Planning, and other features.
