A demonstrated ability to break down large problems into smaller, testable hypotheses, strong intuition for product design and user experience, and significant customer research, user testing, and product analytics experience are required. Experience building, implementing, or managing CRMs is essential, with bonus points for SQL, Segment, Amplitude, event-tracking schema maintenance, and vertical SaaS field service industry experience.
The Senior Product Manager will manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on customer research, user testing, defining acceptance criteria, acceptance testing, and analytics. They will define and analyze key performance metrics, regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, and collaborate with a dedicated product development team to build software. The role also involves supporting product delivery efficiency by maintaining a runway for the engineering team.
