Requirements

Candidates should have 12+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar technical role, with a proven track record of selling and shipping enterprise software. Domain expertise in enterprise databases and/or data platforms is required, along with strong prioritization skills. Familiarity with platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Teradata, or Synapse and their applications in analytics, AI, ML, and business applications is essential. Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Principal Product Manager will drive the product vision and strategy for the RaptorDB data platform, focusing on computational services and massively parallel processing engines. Responsibilities include collaborating with customers, researchers, and architects on product ideas, defining and grooming the product roadmap, and engaging stakeholders for buy-in and communication. The role involves establishing and managing cross-business unit dependencies, creating product/feature plans with acceptance criteria and success metrics, and collaborating with engineering on release management. Additionally, the Product Manager will define key product success metrics, instrument them for review, and gain intimate knowledge of top customers and their use cases to better serve both external and internal customers.
