Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Founder, with a focus on consumer products. Strong expertise in trading, financial concepts including markets and derivative instruments, and experience building 0 to 1 products in ambiguous environments are required. A strong design sense, ability to influence strategic decisions, experience balancing diverse stakeholder needs, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets are also essential. Nice to have experience includes brokerage, market-making, institutional trading, derivatives products, and crypto-forward experience with onchain activity.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of features to improve critical user journeys for traders, making trading easy and delightful. They will conceptualize and implement a roadmap for derivatives traders on web, mobile, and API, and define metrics to evaluate and optimize CUJ efficiency and trading execution. This role involves owning product development from conception to launch, scaling usage, and ensuring product availability. The Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and other teams to develop and steer the product roadmap, aligning teams on a shared vision and driving execution.
