Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on data-centric products such as data warehousing, data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, or business intelligence/analytics
  • Strong understanding of modern data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), data modeling concepts, and ETL/ELT processes
  • Proven ability to work with data and an understanding of how data is used to power analytics, reporting, and machine learning models
  • Extensive experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Digital Pulse data platform, ensuring alignment with the goals of the Customer Success tribe and the wider organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholder squads (like Value Measurement, Customer Insights, and Survey Sense) to gather requirements. Translate these needs into a prioritized product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
  • Oversee the end-to-end process for the data platform, including the design of data integration from various sources, the ETL/transformation process, and storage in our cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Ensure the data is modeled and structured effectively to be consumed by visualization platforms (like Power BI or Tableau) and other analytics services, enabling self-service insights for our stakeholders
  • Lead and collaborate with a dedicated team of Data Architects, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA professionals to execute the product roadmap and deliver a reliable, scalable data platform
  • Partner with the Data Architect to champion data quality, integrity, and governance standards across the platform, ensuring our data is accurate and trustworthy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Digital Pulse squad. Proactively communicate progress, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
