Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in PKI and Digital Certificate Management
  • Proven experience as a liaison between business and technical teams
  • Expertise in customer needs and product functionality
  • Deep product expertise in user personas, features, functionality, value proposition, architecture, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Strong communicator, influencer, and collaborator with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage market intelligence, regulatory shifts, and stakeholder feedback
  • Expert in Agile framework and driving adoption of Agile processes and tools
  • Experience in product strategy & roadmap, including defining and maintaining PKI service roadmap aligned with business and security goals, and evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-safe cryptography)

Responsibilities

  • Create an ambitious and clear product vision, evangelize, and communicate 'the story' effectively to key stakeholders and the team
  • Define the Data Protection product platform strategy, partner with third-party vendors on upcoming product features, and build a roadmap for B2B, B2E, and B2C spaces
  • Manage stakeholders across the organization, including business, engineering, and support teams
  • Foster a productive working environment by promoting strong interpersonal relationships, giving open and honest feedback, encouraging team cohesion, and collaborating internally and externally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to prioritize projects aligning with business goals
  • Leverage Agile principles and methodologies, including owning team backlogs, defining and prioritizing epics, features, user stories, and other artifacts to support development goals
  • Bring commercial expertise, sound business judgment, and draw on external sources to prioritize and reshape the product vision and roadmap
  • Work with business stakeholders, development, operations technical teams, and clients to understand application usage, gather requirements, and represent the product by communicating strategy and roadmap
  • Establish deep product expertise from product and market perspective to drive/own the Data Protection platform product strategy
  • Write product requirements, communicate priorities for sprint and release plans, participate in backlog refinement and retrospectives
  • Track product key performance indicators (KPIs)
