Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a technology-driven environment, with a proven ability to define and ship successful products that deliver measurable business outcomes. Strong product intuition, customer empathy, and experience working closely with Engineering and Design in an agile environment are essential. The ideal candidate is skilled at making data-informed decisions, comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with experience working within globally distributed teams across time zones. Experience in hospitality technology, messaging platforms, payments, or AI/automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for key areas of the Canary platform, partnering with Engineering and Design to bring features to life. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing for successful product launches and customer adoption. Conduct customer research and product analysis to inform prioritization and uncover new opportunities. Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories. Set clear goals and success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement. Mentor other product managers and contribute to the broader product culture and processes.
