Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI Conversation Platform

Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining the vision and strategy for our agentic AI conversation platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation in a rapidly evolving GenAI landscape, delivering differentiated products to market. You will collaborate closely with Application Engineering, Machine Learning, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to integrate cutting-edge Machine Learning technologies, providing unparalleled value to our customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and end-users to understand their needs and translate insights into product enhancements and new automation opportunities.
  • Lead key initiatives for Replicant’s Conversation Automation product, bringing our vision of the next-generation contact center to life.
  • Translate product vision into practical, executable experiments and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver generative AI-powered solutions that address customer needs and drive business value.
  • Define and measure business outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) for deployed solutions.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in the LLM and AI space, ensuring Replicant's leadership position.
  • Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders and leadership across the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of exceptional product delivery that delights customers.
  • An owner mentality with a willingness to delve into details to ensure the delivery of the right product.
  • Deep data orientation with experience in making data-driven decisions, including defining the right KPIs and setting ambitious goals.
  • Proven ability to bring structure to unstructured work, develop strategy, and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have's

  • 1+ years of experience in AI/ML.
  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Experience working in research or other development programs with high ambiguity, technical complexity, and risk.
